I am back on the treadmill. I bought some new shoes yesterday... which helped with the shin splints. I am needing to take this a little slower than expected. I am just simply out of shape. Too many years, I guess.
It feels good to still be in the game. :-)

I hear you on the "it's been too many years". I think I must have hyper extended my knee when I decided that I could run 7 mph the other day. It was pretty stiff today, hopefully it will be gone tomorrow!
Good for you! Take it slow and you should feel a big difference with your shoes. Did you get fitted by Gallaghers?
